My deepest sympathy to the family. To Heather and John, thank you for the strong support you have been to your parents. Thank you to Gil for your tender care of Bev and Nell and blessings on your children. Nell was a spiritual mentor to me and many others. I will miss her.

My heart ached when I heard about the passing of Nell Maxwell. What a great leader she was to start Women Alive, a ministry that had far reaching impact to thousands and for many years. We are still living the effect of her visionary leadership. My prayers are with Heather and her family. Your losses have been to many in the last few years. My love and prayers are with you.

Remember Bible Studies well. As a teenager she and Ted did marvelous things. I remember apart of their church activities with Bill Scadding the young lawyer who perished young. Later Claude Cox would minister there. A great ministry!

Seeing Nell's picture in the London Free Press this morning was like a blast from the past. What wonderful memories I have of the Women Alive conferences. They were such a blessing to me - my annual apiritual booster shot. I'm so thankful that I was able to benefit from them. My sincere condolences to the family in their lose. May the Lord she served so faithfully surround you with His lovely care and grant you His peace and comfort.
