Obituary of Doreen Phillips

Doreen Phillips passed away peacefully at Parkwood Hospital March 9, 2007, after a courageous battle with cancer. She will be fondly remembered by her children Colin Bell (Cheri), Andrea (David Kloostra) and Laura (Darryl Kloostra). Cherished by her dear grandchildren Sara Bell and Jayden Kloostra. Sadly missed by her brother John Phillips (Anna) and her sister Jean (Ernest McMillian). Predeceased by her loving parents Harold & Marjorie Phillips. Doreen will be greatly missed by her family and many dear friends Friends will be received at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton), on Monday, March 12, 2007 from 5 pm to 8 pm. Funeral service Tuesday, March 13, 2007 conducted in the Evans Chapel at 11:00 am with Rev. Keith Rameshwar officiating. Cremation with interment in Owen Sound. Donations to the Parkwood Hospital Palliative Care and World Wildlife Fund.
