Obituary of Gladys Emma Mary (Foskett) Hexter
Peacefully, on Monday February 27, 2006, at Maple Village. Gladys Emma Mary Hexter (Foskett) in her 86th year. Beloved wife of the late Fred Hexter (1995) Loving mother of Lynne & her husband Barrie Grant of Denfield, John Hexter & his wife Bev of Carleton Place, Janet & her husband Jim Waite of Thedford, Sue White and Moe Hexter & his wife Darla, all of London. Cherished Nana & Grandma of Paul (Kerrie) & Bob Grant (Julie), Jim (Lauren) & Jason (Marlene) Waite, Amanda White (Paul), Andrew Hexter (Angela) & Matthew Hexter. Great-Nana to Benson Waite. Predeceased by infant son Robert William. Gladys & Fred were active for many years in the Hamilton Road Senior Centre. Friends will be received at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton) on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be conducted in the Evans Chapel on Wednesday March 1, 2006, at 1:00 p.m. with The Rev'd Elizabeth Sutcliffe of All Saints Anglican Church officiating. Interment in Woodland Cemetery. Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
