Obituary of Shirley Smith

Peacefully, at home with family by her side, on Friday April 28, 2006. Shirley Smith, of London, in her 60th year. Loving companion of Joe McIntyre for over 26 years. Beloved daughter of Louise Campbell. Loving mother of Peggy (Mike), Alice & Chuck, and grandmother of Courtney, Katie (Steve) & Robert. Adoptive grandmother to "Tuch" (Kate). Dear sister of Margaret (Jim), Mary-Lou, Kathy (Terry), Ed, Lloyd, Bill (Shirley) & Cliff. Shirley will also be missed by nephew A.J., many other nieces & nephews and lots of loving friends and family. Friends will be received at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton) on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be conducted in the Evans Chapel on Tuesday May 2, 2006, at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. John Burner officiating. Reception to follow. Cremation with interment of ashes in the family plot in Baedè Dorè, Ontario.
