Peacefully, after a lengthy illness, at Parkwood Hospital, on Thursday, October 19, 2006. Jim “Poppy” Carter, of London, in his 85th year. Loving husband of Annie “Nanny”, and father of Bill, Carol & Don. Dear grandfather of Candace, Kristi, Steven, Justin, Anita & Lloyd, and great-grandfather of Keagen.
