Obituary of Janet "Mickey" Marie Wabischewich (nee Lee)

After a lengthy battle with cancer, Janet passed away on April 24th, 2021 at the age of 82. Loving wife of Peter Wabischewich for 56 years. Cherished mother of Bill (Carol), Dave, Janet (Les), Janice (Gerry), Sue (Dave), Sherrie (Brad), Bernie (Kristi) and predeceased by Bernice (1970). Loving grandma of Chantelle, Griffin, Nova, Luke, Candice, Lisa, Jessica, Keegan, Kareen, Avery, Mitchell, Megan, Janaya, Lucas and great grandma of Ryan. Janet will forever be in the hearts of many extended family and friends. The family would like to give a special thank you to the staff at St. Joseph’s Hospice for all of their compassion and care. As per Janet’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at a later date.
