Kirk and I along with our 2 children would like to extend our deepest sympathies to the family. We attended Oakridge Presbyterian Church with Debbie. We have many fond memories of her, and she will be deeply and sadly missed by all. I remember over 15 years ago, when our kids were small, Debbie brought her horse to the church, so all the kids could ride it. Such a wonderful gift. We camped together, worked in the kitchen together and worshipped together. We'll always remember her kind spirit, her dedication to serving the church, and her love for the Lord. May your family find comfort and peace during this very difficult time.

I was surprised and sorry to hear of your mother's death. It seemed she had finally found her forever home and I was happy to see her happy and relieved her days of renovations were done. My condolences to you all and to Tracy who was a sibling Deb seemed to appreciate and love. May her faith of better things after death be a solice to you all.

Deb and I had been close friends for many years as teens and young adults, As our families grew our lives moved in different directions and locations, we lost touch. Retired now I have often thought of Deb and wanted to reconnect and catchup. Life had other plans. I share in your loss and sadness, my heart is heavy. May fond memories carry you through this difficult time

I am so sorry for the loss of Deb. I knew her in highschool and we had a camping trip through our physed class. It was fall camping and I was freezing to death in the tent. Deb was so kind and told me to get in the sleeping bag with her lol. Not what you think. She saved me. I will always remember her kindness and I pray that her family is comforted knowing she is shining brightly on the other side. She was a beautiful kind soul.

So many of my great memories of Debbie are when we were kids, getting into trouble at her family home or grandmas home in Chatham. Skipping church and just being fearless. I will always remember her that way. Oh, how she seized life. I hope she finds that humour and rebellious spirit wherever she may be now.
