Obituary of Richard Sandig
Peacefully at Victoria Hospital with his wife and family by his side on Wednesday, June 23, 2021, Richard Sandig of Thorndale at the age of 55.
Beloved husband of Martha Laskaris. Loving son of Paul and Jackie Sandig. Dear brother of Martin (Jody) and Nicole Grootveld-Sandig (Reint) and brother-in-law of Stella Laskaris, Betty Laskaris and Kathy Laskaris (Ilias Homsi). Loving uncle of Hailey, Alyssa, Ryan, Stella, Jasper, Michael, Nicholas and Christopher. Predeceased by nephew Matthew Sandig.
Richard will be missed by many extended family and friends in Canada and The Netherlands.
Richard loved Musky Fishing, the sport, the great outdoors and most of all, his family.
Visitation will be held at the Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas Street, London on Sunday from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. where the funeral service will be conducted on Monday, June 28, 2021 at 11:00 a.m.
Interment in Woodland Cemetery.
