Father Michael Wunder posted a condolence

May I add my deepest sympathy at the loss of your dear Dad. Our parents are great treasures who have given us so much and life is never the same when they leave us. In the 4th century Saint Augustine gave us these comforting words which were on my own precious mother's memory card, "Those who die in grace go no further than God, and God is very near". I still chuckle at Mr. White's discomfort that I was a Catholic - you and I had a lot of laughs over that - and the memories are good ones. The blue and white lace tatting cross that you made for me many Christmases ago remains to this day in my prayer book. I'm keeping your dear Mom and all the family in my prayers at this sad time. I will honour your father with that very ancient Scottish custom of Offering a Holy Mass for the repose of his soul. Every good wish to the entire White and Dewar clan. Blessings and prayers, In Christ's love, Father Mike

To the White family, I am very sorry to learn of Murray`s passing. I Murray trained me in custodial on the board and I worked with him for quiet awhile. He was a good man with a big heart and he will be missed. You are all in our thoughts and prayers. Take care Bernie Selig
