Obituary
Obituary of Wayne Richard Davis
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Wayne Davis on January 17th, 2021 in his 68th year.
Loving husband of Brenda Davis. Cherished father of Michelle (Steve) & Patrick (Bethany). Loving grandfather of 9 grandchildren. Son of the late George and Evelyn Davis. Brother of Alan, Gary (Brenda), Brian, Brenda (Brian), Steve and predeceased by Bill & Tommy. Wayne will forever be in the hearts of many nieces & nephews.
Wayne had a great sense of humor and would go out of his way to help others in need. He was a member of the Lions Club in Tecumseh and enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting and most importantly going to hockey games with his father.
Those who wish to make a memorial donation in memory of Wayne are asked to consider the London Regional Cancer Program or SALT animal rescue. The family would like to give a special thank you to the many doctors and nurses that helped Wayne with his battle with cancer. Online condolences can be expressed at www.loganfh.ca. LOGAN FUNERAL HOME, 371 Dundas Street, entrusted with arrangements. (519) 433-6181.
Afterglow
I'd like the memory of me, to be a happy one.
I'd like to leave an afterglow, of smiles when life is done.
I'd like to leave an echo, whispering softly down the ways,
of happy times and laughing times, and bright and sunny days.
I'd like the tears of those who grieve, to dry before the sun,
of happy memories that I leave, when my life is done.
