Obituary of James Albert Whyard
On Wednesday, September 23, 2020 James Whyard passed away at the age of 66. Predeceased by his parents Albert & Mary Whyard and sister Elizabeth "Betty" MacDonald. Loving father of James Whyard Jr., Cathy Morton (Chris Morton), Jennifer Whyard-Campbell (Steven Bolan) and predeceased by Jason and Angela Whyard. Cherished grandpa of Tiana Bow, Payge Whyard, Jessica Bow, Madison Morton and Aiden Bolan. James is now joined with his best friend Buddy.
James was devoted & loyal to the individuals he served at Community Living London for over 30 years. He had a kind heart, was generous and always put others before himself. Being a very proud son of a military man, who served in the Canadian Armed Forces, taught James the important values of life and family that will forever be passed on. Those who knew James, knew that he was very funny and he always loved to make people laugh.
James loved his family dearly and his memory will live on forever.
Visitation will be held at the LOGAN FUNERAL HOME, 371 Dundas Street (between Waterloo & Colborne St.) on Sunday, September 27th from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A celebration of James' life will be held in the Logan Chapel on Monday, September 28th at 10:30 a.m. Those who wish to make a memorial donation in memory of James are asked to consider the Cardiac Care Unit at University Hospital (5th Floor).
