Obituary of William Herbert Joseph HENDERSON
HENDERSON William Herbert Joseph, on Sunday, August 20, 2006, in his 62nd year. Tragically taken from his family and loved ones as a result of a boating accident, doing what he loved. Predeceased by his parents William M. Henderson (1950) and Melvina Sherley (1998). He will be forever loved and deeply missed by his children Kristen (Henderson) DiCicco, Kara Henderson-Mann (Jeff), Lindsay Henderson-Welten (Jason) and Matthew Henderson. Papa “Big Truck” was loved and cherished and will never be forgotten by his grandchildren Logan & Brandon DiCicco, Payton & Madison Mann, and Austin & Cade Welten. Dearly loved and greatly missed by his beloved companion Rosemary (Mai) Tyrrell and her family. He will also be sadly missed by his former wife Wendy Henderson and her family. For 32 years Bill was the proud successful owner of W. Henderson Renovations Ltd. He loved fishing, hunting and trap shooting, but above all, he loved his family. He will be greatly missed by many friends. Family and Friends will be received at the Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas St. (between Waterloo & Colborne St.), on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be conducted in the Logan Chapel on Saturday, September 23, 2006, at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Troy Dingwell officiating. Interment in Mount Pleasant Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family. Online condolences can be expressed at www.loganfh.ca .
