Obituary of Michael "Mike" Spizawka

It is with great sadness that our family announces the sudden passing of Michael Spizawka, of London, on Thursday, February 15, 2007, in his 78th year. Loving husband of 52 years to Madelyn (Rioux). Dear father of Steve, Rosemary (Gary) Taylor, Rhonda (Seppo) Vuorela, Tom (Janet) & Robyn (Edmond) van Dooren. Dear brother of Anthony (Valerie) Chornyj & Rosie (Frank) Hegyi. He was very proud to be Gido to Allison, Clayton, Corey, Arleen, Megan, Alexis, Brandon and Bryce. Great-Gido of Ayla, Colten & Victoria Rose. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Steve & Tillie. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at the Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas St. (between Waterloo & Colborne St.), on Saturday, February 24, 2007, at 3:00 p.m. with Mr. Peter Allen officiating.
