Obituary of Jean Eleanor Newell

Jean Eleanor, daughter of the late Elizabeth [Mills] and Robert Sparling, died peacefully at Malton Village Long Term Care Centre, Mississauga, Ontario on March 17, 2006 in her 105th year. Jean was predeceased by her dearly loved husband, Harold Robert Newell in 1985. She will be sadly missed by her three children, Ivan Stinson and wife Margaret, Guelph, Ontario; Helene Robillard, Ottawa, Ontario; Nancy Ross, Windsor, Ontario; and her three step-children, Mary Ann Fries, London, Ontario; Robert Newell and wife Audrey, Morpeth, Ontario; Norah Rows and husband Donald, Komoka, Ontario. Fondly remembered by 17 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Roberta Slater, London, Ontario; and predeceased by 3 sisters and 3 brothers. A private memorial service will be held at the Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas St., London, Ontario followed by interment in Watford Cemetery, Watford, Ontario.
