Obituary of Cornelis "Casey" de Mooy

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts we announce the passing of Casey de Mooy at home on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at the age of 87.

Beloved husband of 63 years to Nancy de Mooy (née Passmore). Loving father of Sandy (Lee) Cousins and Shari Galway. Cherished grandfather of Chris (Melissa) Cousins, Randi (Kevin) Clipperton, Ryan (Monica) Cousins and Jaime de Mooy. Dear brother of the late Adrianna Does, Peter (Carolyn) de Mooy, the late Anne Griffin and Louise (Jim) Thompson. Forever in the hearts of his great-grandchildren, extended family members and many friends.

Cremation has taken place.

A celebration of Casey’s life will be held at a later date.

Those who wish may make memorial donations to the Verspeeten Family Cancer Centre (formerly London Regional Cancer Program) in memory of Casey.
