Helen and Family,
Sorry to hear of Bill's passing. We always enjoyed Bill's company and his sense of humor. Bill had a zest for life and enthusiasm no matter the social or sporting event that he was a participant. Bill brought insightful points to conversations no matter what the topic that we discussed, usually ending with a comic remark and a laugh. He will be missed by all who knew him.

'Munnsy'...as we all called Bill. A genuine guy...who loved the outdoors...from hiking, biking, skiing, tennis and so much more.
He embraced life with such an enthusiasm! His stories were animated, his dancing 'energetic', his spirt contagious.
How we will miss you Bill...but you have left us all with so much to smile about!
Love, Donna and Bill

Dear Helen and family,
I have so many memories of you and Bill, every one brings a smile. From an afternoon at Benmiller Falls ( where I first met Bill and his goofy friend who was to become my husband Leo) to dinner at the Munns’ which never remained subdued for long…Bill shared his curiosity and enthusiasm for any and every topic. Bill was the real deal, honest and authentic and sooo funny. I see him pacing, arms waving madly when he had a point to make. Bill, you should have been a lawyer.
In 1977, Bill stood for Leo and me as our Best Man. He always will be.
With my deepest sympathy to Helen, Meredith and Nathan and all those grieving Bill’s passing.

Our condolences to Helen and all of the family. We have 50 years of fond memories spending family time and vacationing together. Traveling to beach resorts was always fun and Bill would have the biggest smile on his face when he could go snorkelling. We’ve lost Bill but he’ll be in our hearts forever.
From our family to yours,
Nancy and Keith

Uncle Bill. "Munsy" . He kept us kids when we were kids by teasing, jokes and hijinks, scary trail drives with goblins and gnomes. I was in awe of Bill as a young girl and in awe of his kindness and humour as an adult. When I was homesick at Western Helen and Bill had me over several times and we'd play a version of "name that tune" only one evening it was 100% Beach Boys!! I will miss Uncle Bill as will the entire Hook family. Sending love and condolences to Helen, Nathan and Stacy, Meredith and Erich and all the grandkids. x Joanne

Uncle Bill, you will be missed but you will certainly not be forgotten. No one told a better story and he could always be counted on to bring the laughter to a room. Fishing trips to the cabin, card games and wild stories are the memories I will hold on to the most. Thank you for all the smiles uncle Bill! Love Mike, Heather, Olivia and Gabe.

To me William Munn was Uncle Bill. Bill wasn’t just part of my memories, he was a creator of memories. He had such a wonderful zest for life and naturally engaged those around him. Whether fishing together at the cabin with our families or enjoying a raucous round of cards, Bill will not be forgotten.
