Obituary of Brenda Chowen

Peacefully, on Friday, April 18, 2025, Brenda Chowen passed away at the age of 61.

Cherished mother of Shane Chowen. Loving grandmother of Brandon, Adrianna and Tristan. Beloved life partner of the late John Bernard. Daughter of the late Robert “Bob” & the late Shirley Chowen. Sister of Mel, Wayne, the late Bonnie and the late Bobbie. Greatly missed by her devoted friends Lynn Dixon-Lennett, Joanne Payne, Brenda Otter and many more. Forever in the hearts of her nieces, nephews and extended family.

Cremation has taken place.

Friends will be received at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Road, London, Ontario (1 block east of Egerton St.), on Saturday, April 26, 2025 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.

Memorial service will follow in the Evans Chapel at 1:00 p.m.

Interment of ashes in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, London, Ontario.

Those who wish may make memorial donations to the London Food Bank in memory of Brenda.
