Grandchildren, David Henderson (Chelsey), Courtney Mungar (Kyle), Danielle Ward (Dave), Shayne Preszcator, William Moore-Lethbridge, Jeremiah Lethbridge . Predeceased by mother Josephine Koopman, step dad, Roy Koopman, brothers John Lethbridge (Jackie), Fred Lethbridge (Mary). Survived by step brother, Gary Koopman.
He retired from Ford Motor Company in 1994 where he worked for 29 years. He loved bass fishing, hunting, golfing basically anything that took him outdoors. He travelled with mom to many beautiful northern communties and they loved these adventures. He truly enjoyed being domestic, shopping sales, cooking meals and making great cookies.
We've cried, we've laughed and we miss him so much. We will go on and cherish our memories and share our stories, he would want that for everyone. Love you
Many thanks to all the people who made the journey easier, Dr. Neisner, Palliative Care, Dr. Badawi, Palliative Care, Dr. Yaremko, LRCP, Paramedics, ER Staff at University Hospital and the floor nurses Christine and Connor who made every effort to make all of us comfortable, above and beyond. Also special thanks to Pharmasave at Huron and Highbury for all your compassion and services.
