One of my best friends for thw short time we knew each other. My boyfriend knew I needed a safe place to cool out and regroup so he brought me to Michelle's
I was fortunate enough to meet her loving mother whom her and I have become great friends. And regardless in my time of need michelle stood by me. Met my mother and my brother and was very kind to me and let me stay with her. I would make sure she had her favorite cola and make her lots of good meals so she could stay happy aswell. We were a team and for this ill never forget her soul. She gave me a belly ring with angel wings on it and ill never take it off now in memory of my sweet michelly.
I loved her like a sister. Tucked her in a night and would check on her like she would for me
True love and friendship never dies. I know shes watching over me through my struggles and guiding me with her now free soul. .

I remember the first time I met her, I was 12-13 and she was a bit older but some kids were picking on me and she stood up for m, telling me I was her little buddy and don’t let anyone ever treat me like that, one of the first times in my life anyone ever did something like that for me. She had a heart of gold, and I’ll never forget her. I didn’t see her for a while after that, and then I ran into her a few years later at Clarke road, and she never forgot me , treating me as if it was just yesterday she seen me. A couple years ago we reconnected on Facebook, and again just like it was yesterday. She was a true and solid friend. I’ll miss her dearly.

I would call Shelly “Sa Ditty”- I honestly can’t remember now where that came from - I wish I can ask her to remind me. It had to be something funny !! ….but what I do remember is that she is one of the only ppl who would make my day every time I saw her!! She always made me feel like the most important person with her big hug, beautiful smile and yelling out my name as if she hadn’t seen me in a decade, even though we seen each other the day before!!
That’s who Shelly is, that’s the Sa Ditty I will always remember - because her heart and soul holds no judgment or no bounds. And she brightened everyone’s life who came into her path.
Sharon, words cannot describe how sorry I am. You always were so sweet to me- and when I had some tough times you and Shelly were there for me when I was a kid.
I love you both. ❤️

With deepest sympathies, Carolin Dimitroff and the Fairmont Staff

I'm so deeply sorry to hear about her passing. We were close friends back in elementary school, and I’ve always remembered her as someone who lit up every room she walked into. She was kind, larger than life, passionate about everything she loved, and always knew how to make people laugh. Even after all these years, her energy and warmth have stayed with me. I'm holding her family and everyone who loved her in my heart right now.

Shelly was fun, thoughtful, bubbly, kind, creative, and hilarious. She was incredibly welcoming to everyone who met her and was a born leader to those who grew up around her. Sending my deepest condolences to her family and friends.
Rest in peace sweet girl. You will be missed.
