Obituary of Jack Brian Titus

At University Hospital on Thursday, January 8, 2026, Jack Titus of London and formerly of Chatham in his 73^rd year. Beloved husband of Rose for 44 years. Dear father of Jack (Crystal Jeffery), Joe and Jesse (Caroline Rose). Loving grandpa of Mackenzie, Trent and Harper. Brother of Patty (Doyle) and Tom (Bonita). Predeceased by his parents Mae (nee Siddall) and Lorne Titus, siblings Larry, Lorne, Jim, Tammy and Cathy.

Jack loved country music, playing guitar and harmonica, fishing, reading crime books and keeping up with the news.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to doctors Omar, Spicer and Barrie as well as all the 4^th floor palliative care staff at University Hospital.

A funeral service will be held at the Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas Street (between Waterloo and Colborne Streets), London on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. with visitation 1 hour prior. 

Interment to follow in Woodland Cemetery.
