Obituary of Deedo Speare

At her residence, at the age of 43, Danielle “Deedo” Speare passed away on January 27, 2026.

Deedo will be deeply missed by her beloved children Myranda and Jeffery McGaw and precious grandson Nikki McGaw.   She was an incredible sister to Melissa (Nick) Wieckowski and David (Kelsy) Speare. She leaves behind her boyfriend Jake, nephews Dansan and Connick (Cheyenna) Hurley, the father of her children Jeff (Amber) McGaw, her aunt Kelly (Simon) Koyounian, Uncles Chris Speare, Robert Robinson.  Also left to mourn are her sister in law Jennifer Ireland, niece and nephew Hayley and Ricky Ireland, former parents in law Mary and Chris Bradley, and many friends and extended family members.  She was predeceased by her parents Dann and Susan Speare. 

Deedo was a fantastic singer who was very proud of her time with the Beal Choir, and a total book Nerd. 

Friends and family will be received at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd., London, on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, from 12- 2 pm for a time of remembrance.  Burial to follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.  

To celebrate her spirit, you are encouraged to wear your favourite band T Shirts. Those who wish to make a memorial donation in Danielle’s name are asked to consider the Canadian Mental Health Association.
