I did not know Curtis for very long but I felt he had a warm , kind , gentle spirit and a laugh that won't be forgotten !
Those that knew him best will surely miss him but will hopefully feel his presence daily when they think of him . He has gone too soon and I will miss him. My condolences to his friends and family . RIP Curtis .

My deepest sympathy to Curtis’ family. We were very close friends in high school both at Oakridge and Banting. This picture was taken at Banting Secondary School in grade 11 by another student who was doing a photography assignment in character study or something like that. Curtis was often jamming an air guitar (likely to Led Zeppelin or Judas Priest) and smoking a cigarette back then. I always thought this photo captured the essence of his 17 year old self. I’m glad to know he passed from this life surrounded by the love of family. I pray for you to experience God’s peace as you grieve the loss of Curtis. Love Sue (Neill) Serre
