Obituary of Gerald (Bud) Morgan

After an unexpected illness, Gerald (Bud) Morgan passed away in his 92nd year.

Predeceased by the love of his life Geraldine (Jerry), 2008. Survived by his sister in law, Patricia Gordon.  Bud was surrounded by his devoted and loving children Tom Morgan (Sue), Patricia Morgan (John), his grandchildren, Joshua Skellett (Millie), Brandy Skellett (Dave), Kayla Skellett, Jacob Skellett, Bryan Morgan (Amber) and Morgan Fairweather (Nikki), his great grandchildren Keyra Morgan (Julius), Bladen Morgan, Prestyn Skellett( Addison), Kynleigh Skellett, Shilo and Aubree Craig, Charlie Cozens,  Austyn Morgan, Alyvia Morgan, Sydney Gallivan, Grace Fairweather and Wyatt Fairweather. Predeceased by grandson James Skellett and great grandson Landon Skellett.

Bud was quite a character....with his many witty jokes and phrases that were within his era. He loved his family and took pride in each and every one of us. He loved his pub afternoons at Eastsides Bar and Grill. We are forever thankful to all of the staff at Eastsides for treating Bud like he was their family.

A huge shout out to Parkwood 5A North staff and doctors. All of you did an amazing job with our father, grandfather and great grandfather.

Bud will truly be missed by all of us. Especially, his daughter Patricia who lived with him (7 years) and took care of him (18 years) as well as Tom, Bud's son and best friend who faithfully picked him up 3 days a week for his social life.

Visitation will be held at Logan-Evans Funeral Home, 371 Dundas Street, London, Ontario (between Waterloo & Colborne St.), on Sunday, July 12, 2026 from

2-4 p.m. & 7-9 p.m.

Funeral service will be held in The Logan Chapel on

Monday, July 13, 2026 at 11:00 a.m.

Interment in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, London, Ontario.

Those who wish may make memorial donations to Diabetes Canada or the Canadian Cancer Society in memory of Bud.
