Obituary of Shirley Joyce Guite (nee Snell)

Peacefully, with family by her side on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at Westmount Gardens, Shirley Joyce Guite (née Snell) passed away at the age of 87. Beloved wife of the late Bernard F. Guite (1982). Loving mother of Laurie (Jeffrey) Brady. Dear step mother of Debbie Rizzo. Predeceased by Peter Guite. Grandmother of Eric (Nicole) and Curtis (Shelley). Step grandmother of Lisa (Dave), Philip (Sonya), David, Judy, Glen and Steven. Sister of Eileen Beecroft and Myrtle (Kelvin) Blair. Forever in the hearts of many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Shirley loved to travel and camp with her family, enjoyed to knit various items and will be fondly remembered for her kind spirit and loving nature. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Westmount Gardens for all their care and support. A private family funeral service will be held. Interment in Woodland Cemetery, London, Ontario. Those will wish may make memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society or Diabetes Association in memory of Shirley.
