Obituary of Harold Douglas "Doug" Wilson

Suddenly, after a short illness, on Wednesday, March 20, 2013, Doug passed away, at home, in his 62nd year. Doug was the father of Sheree, Shane and Kelly Adams (Shawn). He was the grandfather of 7 grandchildren. Doug will be missed by his beloved sisters and brothers, Penny Witherow, Barb (Gerry) Hooper, Alan (Cindy) and John. He was predeceased by his parents Frank & Jean Wilson, brother Frank and sister Mary. Doug was a special uncle to many nieces & nephews. He will be missed by his family of friends at Masco Canada Ltd. Visitation will be held at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton St.), on Sunday 7-9pm and Monday 10-11am. Funeral service will be conducted in the Evans Chapel on Monday, March 25, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Brian McKay officiating. Interment in Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
