Obituary of Mildred Adelaide Sheppard

Peacefully on Thursday, April 12th, 2012 at Jordan Life Care Centre, New Brunswick, Mildred Adelaide Sheppard in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late Peter Sheppard (2005). Dear mother of Herbert Sheppard and his wife Helen of Stony Lake, ON and Stella and her husband Kem Dickie of Moncton, N.B. Loved by 4 grandsons; Michael, Darryl, Douglas and Gordon, 4 great-grandchildren; Meagan (Jon) Pollitt, Peter Dickie, Adrian Sheppard and Jamie Sheppard and lovingly missed by 1 great-great-granddaughter Mackenziey Smith-Pollitt. Survived by her sisters Rita Penny and Myrtle Smith, both of Newfoundland. Friends will be received at Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd., (1 block east of Egerton St.) on Monday from 12-1 p.m. Funeral Service will take place in the Evans Chapel on Monday, April 16th, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. with The Rev’d Peter Leonard officiating. Interment in Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Donations to All Saints’ Anglican Church, London or Jordan Life Care Centre, New Brunswick will be acknowledged by the family.
