Obituary of George Wilfred Swift

Unexpectedly, at Parkwood Hospital, on Monday, February, 8, 2010, George passed away in his 62nd year. Loving husband of Rosemary for 15 years. Loving son of the late George & Margaret Swift. Dear brother of Rev. William Swift, Sue & John Babin, Jane Swift, Beth & Ronnie Neveu, Don Swift, Ted Swift, Mary Mitchell and Georgia Fyfe. Beloved son-in-law of Jean Hoyle and nephew of Marg Holmes. Dear brother-in-law of David & Jackie Burnett, Larry Burnett and Susan Burnett. Loving uncle of Darcy, Tracy, Lorrie, Troy, Trevor, Shawn, Ian, John, Jennifer and many other nieces & nephews. George will be missed by his many friends and Alice Saddy support workers. Visitation will be held at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Road (1 block east of Egerton), on Thursday, from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held in the Evans Chapel on Friday, February 12, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. Interment in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
