Obituary of Linda Rose Bird

Peacefully at Victoria Hospital, London Health Sciences Centre, on Tuesday, February 19, 2008, Linda Rose Bird in her 60th year. Beloved wife of the late Doug Bird. Cherished mother of Carl. Devoted grandmother of Carl. Jr., Melissa and Jessica. Best friend of Jim (Marg) Finch. Loving sister of Jim (Grace), Tom (Linda), Larry (Nana), the late Billy (Linda), Grace, Betty (Earl), Rita (Terry) and Jackie (Gary). Linda will be dearly missed by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and the Bird family. Friends will be received at Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Road (1 block east of Egerton), on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be conducted in the chapel on Friday, February 22, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation has taken place. Interment in the spring at Dorchester Union Cemetery. Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
