Obituary of Raymond Lloyd O'Liari

On Wednesday, January 16, 2008, at Parkwood Hospital 4-Bruce Elgin, Raymond Lloyd O’Liari, passed away in his 84th year. Dear husband of the late Pearl O’Liari (1999). Loving father of Catherine Lewis & her late husband Larry (2004) of Thamesford, Patrick & his wife Joan of Baddeck, N.S., and Rick & his wife Laurie of Dorchester. Dear grandfather of Heather Lewis, Jeany Jones & her husband Shawn, Lindsay Johnston & her husband Brent, James O’Liari, and Ben & Maggie O’Liari. Dearly loved by 4 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his brother Kenneth O’Liari (1998) and his 4 sisters Isabel Boniface (1989), Irene Hutchison (1995), Helen Hopkins (2007) & Marjorie Clayton (2007). Visitation will be held at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton), on Friday, January 18, 2008, from 1-2 pm. Funeral service will follow in the Evans Chapel on Friday at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Darrell Shaule officiating. Interment in Woodland Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Veterans Care Fund-Western Counties Wing, c/o St. Joseph’s Health Care Foundation, would be appreciated by the family.
