At London Health Sciences Centre, Victoria South Street Campus, on Tuesday February 24, 2004. Fred Welch, of London, in his 77th year. Dear father of Walter & his wife Dian Welch, of London, and grandfather of Kim & her husband Brandon Short, of London. Great-grandfather of Bradley. Dear brother of Gwen Taylor of Saskatchewan. Friends will be received at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd., on Saturday February 28, 2004, from 1-2 pm. Funeral service will follow in the chapel at 2:00 p.m. with The Rev'd Brian McKay, of St. Andrew Memorial Anglican Church, officiating. Cremation to follow. Services:
