Obituary of Virginia Irene Miners (Sitter)

Peacefully, with family by her side, at Victoria Hospital, on Thursday, July 28, 2011, Virginia passed away in her 66th year. Loving wife of the late Larry (1993) and mother of Wayne & Lisa, Don and Scott & Christie, all of London. Cherished grandmother of Nicole, Emma & Ryan. Beloved daughter of the late Leonard & Ethel Sitter of Forest. Dear sister of Laurena of Forest & Lenora Sitter of Sarnia. Sister-in-law of Barb (Keith) Baker, Don, Wendy, Roberta (Larry) Grosbeck and Jim (Helen) Miners. Dear friend of Joan & Terry Taylor. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. Friends will be received at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton), on Tuesday from 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be conducted in the Evans Chapel on Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation with interment in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Canadian Diabetes Association or the London Regional Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family.
