Obituary of Russell G. Gray

Peacefully, at Parkwood Hospital, on Saturday, April 24, 2010, Russell passed away in his 89th year. Loving husband of the late Arija (Petersons) (nee Grauds). Lovingly remembered by step-daughter Livija & her husband Joe Ficker. Dear brother of Hilda Fosti and predeceased by 1 sister & 7 brothers. Also survived by nieces Shirley, Eileen, Janice and other nieces & nephews. Russell served with the Royal Canadian Air Force overseas during WWII & then settled in London, Ontario on Elgin Street. A Memorial service under the auspices of the Royal Canadian Legion will be held at the EVANS FUNERAL HOME, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton), on Saturday, May 1, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. Funeral service to honour Russell’s life will be held immediately following. Interment in Woodland Cemetery.
