Obituary of Katharina Gisela Paschenko

Peacefully, at home, with her family by her side, on Sunday, January 18, 2009, Katharina Gisela Paschenko, in her 73rd year. Predeceased by husband Alexander (1981). Loving Mom of Alex & Mike Paschenko and Marlene McDonald (Greg Watt). Loving Grandma to Britney, Lukas, Alex & Nikolas Paschenko. Companion & friend of George Hemsworth. Also survived by her sister Marlene Schultes and extended family in Germany. Mom will always be remembered for her thoughtfulness, kindness & generosity. Visitation will be held at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton), on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be conducted in the Russian Orthodox Church, Sudary of Christ the Saviour, 140 Fairview Ave., on Wednesday, January 21, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. with Father Vladimir Morin officiant. Interment in Woodland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Russian Orthodox Church, Sudary of Christ the Saviour.
