Obituary of Margaret Field (Smart)

At her residence on Tuesday February 1, 2005. Margaret (Smart) Field, in her 84th year. Beloved wife of the late Harley W. Field (2000). Dear mother of Cheryl & her husband Stuart Poier, of Regina, Saskatchewan, Darlene & her late husband Tom Worton, Robert Field & his wife Barbara, and Cynthia “Cindy” Field, all of London, and Edward “Ted” Field of Hensall. Mother by heart to Laurel Bauer. Loved by 7 grandsons, 1 granddaughter, 3 great-grandsons and 3 great-granddaughters. Sister of Jack Smart & his late wife Rosemary, of London. Predeceased by sister Mary Lenehan. Also survived by a brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, and many nieces & nephews. Friends will be received at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton), on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm (Prayers at 3:30 pm). Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday February 5, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. with Father Robert Rocheleau officiating. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery.
