At Victoria Hospital on Wednesday, July 24, 2013, Harvey Roy Affleck in his 95th year. Dear husband of the late Helen Affleck (Cosier) (2011). Beloved father of Mary McTavish, West Kelowna and Dianne Cassin (Ted Gross), London. Dear grandfather of Christine Niro (Antony), Michael McTavish (Christi), Cathy Cassin, Jeff Cassin and Jamie McTavish (Kate). Devoted great-grandfather of Thomas & Natalie Niro, Brendan & Casey Reid and Noah & Liam McTavish. Brother of John Affleck (Sheila Clements) and brother-in-law of Donald Tucker. Predeceased by brother Ernie Heaver and sisters May Shortt & Gladys White. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Peter’s Anglican Church, 4091 Catherine Street, Dorchester on Friday, August 2, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. (visitation one hour prior) with Rev. Andrea Ahlers officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated.
