Obituary of Thomas Armstrong

At Victoria Hospital on Tuesday, January 27, 2015, Tom passed away in his 78th year. Loving husband of Sylvia Jean Armstrong for over 50 years. Lovingly remembered by his daughters Elaine Armstrong (William Angus) & Kerry (David) Hart (nee Armstrong) and grandchildren Madison Hart, Taylor Hart, Dorian Hart & Samantha Angus. Dear brother of William (Celine) Armstrong, Patricia Gillespie & Maureen (Joseph) Daicsak. Predeceased by brother John Armstrong. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. Tom worked 25 years for Ford (Talbotville) after his emigration from Northern Ireland. Visitation will be held at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton St.), on Saturday, January 31, 2015 from 2-4 p.m. No funeral service to follow. Donations to the Parkinson Society or the Children’s Make-A-Wish Foundation, in memory or Tom, would be appreciated by the family.
