Obituary of Marianne E. Martinek (nee Rips)

Peacefully at her residence on Sunday, November 20th, 2011, Marianne E. Martinek (nee Rips) of London. Beloved wife of the late Franz Martinek (1999). Dear Mama of Franz (Beate) of Germany, Karlheinz, Klaus (Shirley), Peter, Marianne (John) Hawkins and Michael (Roya). Loved by her 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Will be dearly missed by her sister Ulla and her brother Hermann and their families in Germany. Friends will be received at Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton St.) on Wednesday, November 23rd, 2011 from 12-2 p.m. Funeral Service will follow in the Evans Chapel at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow in Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
