Obituary of Marion Viola Wyant

Peacefully, at St. Mary’s Nursing Home, on Tuesday, December 9th, 2008, Marion Viola Wyant, in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late George (Bud) Vernon Wyant (2001) and her sons Douglas (2001) & John Wyant (1970). Loving mother of Robert Wyant & his wife Debbie of London and Gary Wyant & his wife Sue of Florida. Cherished grandmother of Leroy, Dawn-Marie, Nancy, Barbara, Shannon, Aimee, Allison, Erika and Jonathan and will also be missed by her great-grandchildren. Always remembered by daughter-in-law Sandy. Lovingly remembered by 3 sisters-in-law, nieces & nephews. The Wyant family would like to thank all of the staff at Mount Hope Centre for Long Term Care who have provided loving care and support to their mother throughout her time there. A Memorial Service will be held at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton St.), on Saturday, December 13, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. (visitation from 10-11am) with Rev. David Stead & Pastor Jim McGee, of Westview Baptist Church, officiating. Cremation & Interment of ashes in Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
