Peacefully in her sleep, joined her partner Oscar Bechard on Saturday, October 12, 2013 at Chelsey Park Nursing Home in her 86th year. Dear Mother of Dennis (Sharon), Roy (Connie), Glen (Lori), Mike (Sharon) and Judy. Grandmother to many wonderful grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Forever in the hearts of many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by her daughter Heather (1953) and son Ken Essery (2010). The family would like to extend a special thanks to all the staff of Chelsey Park Nursing Home for all their care and support. Friends will be received at the EVANS FUNERAL HOME, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton St.). On Thursday, October 17, 2013 from 6 p.m.-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Evans Chapel on Friday, October 18, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. Cremation to follow.
