Obituary of Rev. Peter D. Mellegers

The Rev. Peter D. Mellegers went to be with his Lord on Friday June 10, 2005, in his 82nd year. He leaves two children Pauline Mellegers and Nancy Stewart, a grandson Sam Stewart, as well as his brothers & sisters, Henk, Cor, Dicky, Joan, Nellie and Jim. Also survived by many family members in Canada, U.S.A. and the Netherlands. Peter was born May 26, 1924, in Vlaardingen, Netherlands. Friends will be received at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton) on Monday from 7-9 pm & Tuesday from 12-1 pm. Funeral service will follow on Tuesday June 14, 2005, at 1:00 p.m., in the Evans Chapel, with Pastor Garry Fess officiating. Interment later in Courtland Baptist Church Cemetery, Courtland, ON.
