Obituary of Anthony "Tony" Demakos

Peacefully at LHSC University Hospital on Saturday, February 12, 2011, Anthony (Tony) Demakos in his 86th year. Beloved husband of Helen Demakos. Dear father of Straty Demakos and his wife Peggy Mersereau of Port Hope, George Demakos, and Andy and his wife Cindy Demakos of Mississauga. Loved by three grandchildren: Peter, Anastasia and Isabella. Dear brother of Louis and his wife Deme Demakos, Chris and his wife Diane Demakos, Dino and his wife Pat Demakos and their families, all of London. Friends will be received at the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 131 Southdale Rd. West on Tuesday, February 15, 2011 from 5-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church on Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at 1 p.m. with Father Elias Drossos officiating. Prayers will be held in the church Tuesday evening at 8 p.m. Interment Woodland Cemetery. Friends who wish may make memorial donations to the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church.
