Obituary of Harvey John Laughton

Peacefully, with family by his side at LHSC, University Hospital on Monday, September 20, 2021, Harvey J. Laughton of London passed away at the age of 86. Beloved husband of 25 years to Patricia L. Hollister. Loving father of Vicki Galloway (Barry), Jay Laughton (Kelly Caines) and Carrie-Ann Lizmore (Jeff Gibson). Dear grandfather of Carrie Lynne (Danon), Cory, Amanda, Stephanie (Chris), Jenn (Chris), Mike, Kyle, Carley, Joshua, Makayla and Gracie. Great grandfather of 14 great grandchildren. Forever in the hearts of many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by his parents Mary (née Wales) & Murray Laughton, his sister Dorothy White (Reg) and his late wife Margo Campbell. Harvey was a supervisor at Kellogg's for over 38 years and was a devoted pilgrim of Moose Lodge # 1205. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Harvey's life will be held at Knollwood Baptist Church, 800 Cheapside Street, London, Ontario on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. with visitation being held one hour prior from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Reception to follow service at Knollwood Baptist Church. Those who wish may make memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, the Salvation Army or Knollwood Baptist Church in memory of Harvey.
