I'm thinking of my wonderful neighbour on Stoneybrook North, Bessie. I'm thinking of her as I make ground pecan short bread cookies with the thumb print on top. Phil and Bessie made every Easter and every Christmas even more of a blessing. Kevin and I will be making a donation to our St. John the Evangelist building fund in Bessie's honour.
