Obituary of Jean "Jeannie" Marie King
Peacefully, with her husband and good friend Deanna Shaxon at her side, at her home on Friday, August 25, 2018, in her 49th year after a 3-1/2 year battle with cancer.
Beloved wife of Brandon King, loving mother to her fur babies Chancer and Gracie, dear step-mother of Blaire King of New Waterford, NS, Mitchell King of Goderich, ON, Brandon Poirier, Calgary, AB, and Brandi King of London, ON. Jeannie was the cherished daughter of the late Elinore "Sally" (Bond) Appleton, sister to David Appleton, Harper Appleton, Elizabeth Sauson, Gwen Kelly and the late Jo-Anne Monette, Shawn Millman, Stephanie Millman, and Jeff Millman also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and friends.
Friends and relatives are invited to join a celebration of Jeannie’s life at the Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas St, London, ON, (between Waterloo and Colborne Streets), on Saturday, September 1st at 10 am, followed by a service at 11 AM, lead by Jeannie’s Pastor, Jeff Hicks. Cremation has taken place.
After the service all are welcome to join us for a deli catered luncheon.
