Sandra & I were so sorry to hear of Frank's passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife and family. Frank's faithfulness to being in service was such an inspiration. We will miss his warm smile and big hugs. Frank is home now with his Lord. May you be comforted in this assurance and the many memories made over the years. My husband and I have known Frank for over thirty years. We met him at the race track and later on I met him at Bingo. I would give him a ride to the bus stop and once chased the bus so, he wouldn't have to wait for the other one. I have been wondering lately why I haven't seen him and thought he may have gone to England or Jamaica so, it is with a sad heart we send our condolences.
