My sympathy to each of you .Marion was a dear friend. I found her to be one determined lady. We met volunteering at the Mission Services of London store when she did a Wednesday afternoon shift. Marion came even when it meant walking a couple of blocks from the bus to the store on icy winter streets. While there she was in continual motion always working. That connection bound us and the friendship continued. I was blessed to know her and will surely miss her as will all of you.

I was sorry to hear about Marion. She has always been someone that I admired and her love for God and others always shone through in the way she lived her life. I have known her since I was young and she was a great inspiration and teacher in my church. May God bless you and your family at this time of sorrow and celebration as Marion meets her Saviour in Heaven.

Marion was my adopted Grandma. Her unconditional love, prayers and encouragement has influenced me more than words can ever express. She was always there for me and I loved her deeply. I am changed forever because of my precious Grandma Soilleux. My condolences to your family.

Dear Sandy and family (and Bob and family) I called my relative Jean Rush and she mentioned your mom had passed away - as I don't get the paper and rarely go on the LFP obits I didn't realize until today (the 11th). My deepest condolences - I loved your mother - she and my mom were such good friends and she was so good to my mom when my dad was sick in 1982 and then there was the accident with my daughter (Kari) in 1996 when she was again good to me. Just her name brings back memories of Hope Baptist Church and Camp Cherith (when you and I and Pat Smith) went up north (by train) to the camp - so long ago. Take care and be safe during this pandemic. Love Joy Pryce

I started working for the Mission Store (formally known as the Twice Nice Thrift Mart) in December of 1993 and Marion, at that time, was volunteering on Mondays. I worked for Mission Services of London for 21 years and Marion was always that kind, generous and hard-working volunteer that I looked forward to connecting with each week. I never doubted her love for Jesus Christ and saw first-hand her service to God in the way she treated her co-workers, customers and the voucher clients. I am sorry for your loss and myself, and many others who were a part of the MSL community, will never forget Marion. Carol Ristine

Our condolences to the family. It was our pleasure to know and work with Marion for several years at the Mission Store London. She was consistently the hardest worker on staff while at the same time being the eldest volunteer. SHe was kind hearted, intelligent and loving. MY wife and I had the pleasure of hosting her for her 90 th birthday in our home with friends from the Mission Store. We'll all miss her.
