Obituary
Obituary of Bernie Zaifman
Bernie passed away peacefully at home on Friday, May 11, 2018, in the comfort of loved ones and family.
Son of the late Percy and Zenia Zaifman. Beloved husband of Beverley. Devoted father to Jared, Pierce, Samara, and Noa. Dear brother of Helene (Garry Shomair), Doreen (Morris Sosnovitch), and Cecile.
He will be remembered as someone who was always humble, modest, and kind. If you were lucky enough to meet him this is exactly how he came across, yet under the surface was also someone who had incredible impacts in everything he did. Until his very last days you could still ask him about something that he accomplished, and if you were lucky you might get a sheepish grin out of him. All of it though was done to provide a great life for his family, and to help his community flourish. He was a selfless individual until the very end, and all who knew him were grateful for the time they got to spend with him.
