Obituary of Mary Elizabeth McLarty

At home, with great courage, dignity, grace, and faith. Mary, beloved wife for 60 years of Tom, dearest mother of Mary Katharine (Neil Young) of Mississauga, John (Carrie Wilson) of Kincardine, Jane (1964-1990) and Sarah (Gary Kirkham) of Menlo Park, California. Beloved daughter of the Reverend Carew and Frances Hallowell. Loving Nana of Sarah, Emily, Rachel, James, Jack, Matthew, Christopher and Jennifer. Dear sister of Bob Hallowell (Comox, B.C.). Mary was a gifted artist, a faithful church member, a true friend and affective support to the work of her husband Dr. T.D McLarty of Victoria Hospital. Predeceased by her parents, her dearly loved daughter Jane Elizabeth, her sister Joan Douglas, and her brother in law John McLarty. Service to be held at First St. Andrews United Church, on Wednesday December 1st, at 11 a.m. Interment Woodland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, we request donations be made to the London Cancer Clinic.
