Obituary of David B. Beallor
Peacefully at his home with his loving wife by his side, David B. Beallor passed away on Saturday, July 21, 2007, in his 81st year. Dearest soulmate of Margaret (LaHive). Devoted father of Zane (Yvette), Michael and Elaine. Zaida Dave to Aaron, Jonas and Christopher. Brother to Sam (Arlene) and brother-in-law to Mickey and David (Anita). Predeceased by sister Honey. David will be dearly missed by family members and friends in London and Toronto. David’s entire career was spent with the federal government. He moved to London in 1970 to assume the position of manager of the Canada Manpower Centre until his retirement in 1985. Dave, who deeply believed in the strong Jewish faith, was an active member of the Or Shalom Synagogue before his illness. A funeral service will take place at Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas Street (between Waterloo & Colborne St.), on Tuesday, July 24, 2007 at 12:30 p.m. with Rabbi Joel Wittstein officiating. Interment in Restmount Cemetery. Shiva will be held at 473 Highcliffe Drive, Thornhill beginning Wednesday July 25 and will end Sunday July 29 at noon. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Ontario Heart & Stroke would be greatly appreciated by the family. Online condolences can be expressed at www.loganfh.ca
