Obituary of Christopher "Chris" Clements-Card

Unexpectedly, at the age of 21, Christopher Clements-Card was taken away from his family and friends, on Wednesday, September 12, 2018. Chris leaves behind his parents Renay Clements (Matthew) and Robert Card. His siblings Jordan John, Jamie-Leigh (Johnso) and Brooklyn (Josh) Clements will miss him deeply. Uncle Chris is survived by Justin, Johnso Jr., Jaxon, Aydreanne, Elyza, Kennedy, Logan, and others. Also left behind are his grandmother Margaret, Uncle Jake and cousin Connor, his girlfriend Savannah, and many other family members and friends. He was predeceased by his Papa Bob, Nana Mary-Lou, and his cousin Justin. Friends and family will be received at the LOGAN FUNERAL HOME, 371 Dundas St., on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 from 6-9 pm, and from 12-1 on Wednesday, September 19, 2018, with a Celebration of his Life to follow in the Logan Chapel at 1 pm.
